Jude Bellingham and Perez

With the number 5 jersey in hand, just like Zinedine Zidane before him. In this way, Jude Bellingham was officially introduced to Real Madrid, after signing the contract that binds him for the next six years with the Spanish giants.

First alongside Florentino Perez, the president of the most successful club in Europe, and then with the podium full of family members, Bellingham posed with the jersey of the new team.

Shortly after the formal presentation, Bellingham also spoke to the media, thanking his family and former teams, before revealing his big goals with Real Madrid.

Although he was targeted by Manchester City and Manchester United, the 19-year-old Englishman decided to move to Santiago Bernabeu, the club that has won the Champions League trophy 14 times.

President Perez described Bellingham as "one of the best players in the world" and underlined that "despite the competition from other clubs, the midfielder chose Real". With 103 million euros paid, plus 35 million euros in bonuses, Bellingham is the most expensive purchase in the history of the Madrid club.
