Artur Xhemal Alibashi, a football fan, will not be able to enter any stadium in Albania.

The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Federation has punished the fan for an indefinite period, after it was found that he caused violence during the Partizani - Vllaznia match.

"The Disciplinary and Ethics Commission, after being acquainted with the report of the Technical Secretariat, the correspondence with the Tirana Local Police Directorate regarding the acts of violence in the "Abissnet Superiore" championship match FK Partizani-KF Vllaznia held on 23.11.2025 at 16:30 at the Partizani Complex, where violations of the legal provisions of Article 48 et seq. of Law 79/2017 "On Sport" were found, as well as after reviewing the submitted documentation and discussing the issues in their entirety based on Article 59 et seq. of the KDE,

DECIDED:

 1. To prohibit the citizen Artur Xhemal Alibashi from entering football stadiums of the Republic of Albania where activities organized by the Albanian Football Association take place for an unlimited period of time.

2. Based on Article 7 of the KDE, all members of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) who have football stadiums under their administration are instructed to guarantee the implementation of this decision.

3. A copy of this decision shall be forwarded to the State Police," the decision states.

Meanwhile, the Partizan club has been fined 50 thousand lek for the behavior of the fans in the last match against Vllaznia. It is noteworthy that the official of AF Elbasan, Elton Guranjaku, has been suspended for ten matches for threatening the match officials. Suspension also for Kleo Laska, the official of Laç. Suspensions also in the lower leagues.

Full decisions:

FK Partizani, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on Article 17/2/c of ​​the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
AF Elbasani official, Elton Guranjaku, for threatening match officials, based on Article 14/1/k of the KDE is punished with a 10 (ten) match suspension from activity. In application of Article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the sentence.
KF Laçi official, Kleo Laska, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on Article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
AF Luftëtari, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity, causing delays during the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
The official of KF Naftëtari, Eldison Kapo, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The official of KF Gramshi, Andrit Bici, for attacking the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with an 8 (eight) match suspension from activities.
Adriatiku player, Ernest Gjoka, for attacking the officials of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
KF Vora U-18 player, Ergi Lushaj, for violent behavior towards the players of the opposing team, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 3 (three) matches suspension from activities.
KF Skënderbeu U-18 official, Entjel Bilo, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
Acceptance of the request of KF Vllaznia official, Edi Martini, for the conversion of the remaining part of the punishment, based on article 75 of the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
Acceptance of the request of the KF Maliqi player, Enrik Agolli, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
