Greece makes the unusual proposal: the Olympic Games to be organized permanently
The Olympic Games

An unusual proposal has gone to the table of the International Olympic Committee demanding that the Olympic Games be held permanently in Greece.

According to the "Ta Nea" newspaper, the proposal has been submitted and is being discussed in an effort to stimulate interest in the biggest sporting event in the world.

However, in order not to be financially "bloody" for our country, the proposal examines the solution of keeping them in Greece forever, but with a co-organizing country, which will change every four years.

The modern Olympic Games have been organized twice in Greece, in 1896 and 2004.
