The death on the green field of the player Raphael Dwamena has caused great debates in the country, regarding the rules that the Albanian championship should have for footballers with health problems.

Almost all technical managers, players, presidents and sports journalists knew that Dwamena had been suffering from serious heart problems for years, yet he managed to find space to be active in the Albanian championship even though he was rejected 3 times in 3 states of different.

However, Dwamena was a talent, and this seems to have led to the search for him in Albania.

The 28-year-old had gone as a proposal to become part of the Partizan team, but the technical director, Olsi Rama, had rejected it.

Sports journalist Jetmir Halilaj has revealed the conversation with Olsi Rama regarding this case.

"He was not a football player for Albania, he was Premier League caliber, they could have bought him there for 50 million euros. We like it very much, but there is one problem, to my knowledge he has removed the defibrillator. To my knowledge, one club knew and took the situation seriously", he said.
