The U-17 European Championship for the first time in Albania, the National Team

The Albanian U-17 national team is ready for its first historic match at the U-17 European Championship against Portugal.

The team's players, under the guidance of coach Andrea Tedesco, have completed their regular training and are fully ready for the challenge that will take place on Monday at the "Arena Kombëtare" stadium.

The first match of Group A, Albania - Portugal, will be played at 18:00, while the next match of the group, Germany - France, will take place on Monday at the "Elbasan Arena" stadium at 20:30.

The atmosphere at the "National Arena" is expected to be extraordinary for Albania's first match, where the official opening ceremony of the U-17 European Championship "Albania 2025" will also take place.

The eight national teams, including Albania as the host country, are divided into two groups and will compete to determine their path to the final on June 1 in Tirana.

The matches will take place in four stadiums, including the National Arena, Elbasan Arena, Egnatia Arena and Niko Dovana in Durrës.
