Harry Kane

He did not win in the last 6 meetings with Italy, but England did so in the first eliminatory match of Euro 2024 played in Naples.

Gareth Southgate's team beat the European champions 2-1, who won the title right in front of the "Three Lions" at "Wembley" two years ago.

Declan Rice from the beginning and then at the end of the first half Harry Kane, gave direction to the match with the blues who shortened with the Italian-Argentine Retegui, but they could not avoid the defeat in the stadium named after the legend, "Diego Armando Maradona ".

Kane reaches the 54-goal mark to become England's top scorer to go straight to the top of Group C.

Another great team that took to the field tonight was Portugal.

Cristiano Ronaldo returned to excellent form with two goals in the 4-0 success against Liechtenstein where Bernardo Silva and Joao Cancelo also found the net.
