Leonardo Bonucci has found a new team. The defender, who until the end fought to stay at Juventus, said "yes" to Union Berlin and will play in the Bundesliga.

The transfer will be free, with Juventus paying part of the salary (around 25%). Bonucci has a contract until 2024.

The Italian is expected to arrive in Berlin this Thursday evening, while tomorrow the medical visits and the signing of the contract.

The 36-year-old thus ends his two periods with Juventus. The former captain has played 502 official matches for the "Old Lady" where he scored 37 goals and 10 assists. He has also won important trophies such as 8 Serie A, 4 Italian Cups and 5 Italian Super Cups.
