One goal against Leicester is enough for Arsenal

Arsenal wins against Leicester. Mikel Arteta's "Gunners" managed to win 0-1 in a difficult transfer and maintain the safety distance of 5 points against Manchester City.

The Londoners started the match strongly and scored through Trossard in the 26th minute, but the celebration was cut short by the VAR disallowing the goal for an attacking foul.

However, the goal worth three points would come at the start of the second half, this time by Brazilian Gabriel Martinelli.

The latter beat the home goalkeeper and scored a goal worth 3-points for Arsenal, who lead with 57 points, 5 more than Manchester City.

Everton was disappointed at home, as this afternoon they were defeated by Aston Villa 0-2 and remained in the cold zone of the ranking. Friends from Birmingham scored twice in the second half with Watkins and Buendia taking a valuable 3-pointer.

In other survival challenges, Leeds United narrowly beat Southampton 1-0, while West Ham blew away Nottingham Forest, triumphing 4-0.
