Another detail has been learned regarding Fier singer Erind Xhaferi, who was arrested by the Fier Police after a complaint for suspected stalking of underage girls and committing shameful acts against them.

It is learned that Xhaferi was also prosecuted about two years ago, following a complaint about a suspected case of sexual harassment.

According to preliminary data, no arrest was made against him at that time, and the case was pursued while he was at large.

Meanwhile, in the latest case, the Fier Police intervened after a phone call made by several girls to the operations room, reporting the suspicious case.

After receiving the information, the Police services carried out on-site verifications and organized operational actions to document the event. Subsequently, Erind Xhaferi was detained and escorted to the premises of the Fier Local Police Directorate, where procedural actions continued.

According to preliminary information, he has been suspected of the criminal offense provided for in Article 108 of the Criminal Code, "Indecent Acts".
