The Central Election Commission has today approved the ballots for mayor and municipal councils in Tirana.

As for the candidates, the names of the candidates will be placed on the paper, below them the name of the entity where they are running and the logo will be attached to them.

The decision was taken after today's session, where there were debates about whether or not the names of party or coalition leaders should be decided. Ilirjan Celibashi said that the name of the president will not be placed on the ballot for the coalitions.

"Regarding the completion of the content of the ballot for council members, we also received confirmation from the other coalition that they have no interest in placing the name of the party leader on the ballot. We conclude this issue as in the case of the coalition "We win together" and in the other coalition the name of the party leader will not be there", said Ilirjan Celibashi.
