Ilirjan Celibashi

Himara by-elections are in progress and no visible incidents have been recorded during the first two hours. Even the technical process seems to be going smoothly and this is confirmed by the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi.

He emphasizes that there were no problems and the process will close according to the predicted time, 19:00 and the voting process is continuing in all 36 centers of the Himar Municipality.

" All voting centers in the Himar Municipality have been opened according to the procedures defined by the Electoral Code. Voters are being identified through the electronic identification device (EID) and no problems have been reported.

The voting process is proceeding normally and without problems. All 36 polling stations will be open until 19:00, so that the citizens of Himara can exercise their right to vote ", writes Celibashki on his official Facebook profile.

After the loss of the mandate by Fredi Beleri, the businessman Petro Gjikuria is competing for the municipality under the slogan of the opposition and the former prefect Vangjel Tavo from the majority.
