Ylli Manjani says the reaction of foreign embassies to Belinda Balluku's immunity is incomprehensible.

According to him, what is happening in Albania does not happen in any other country in Europe.

For EU membership, Albania has far more fundamental non-fulfillment of conditions than Belinda Balluku's immunity from arrest (not from criminal prosecution).

So, either we will wait until we meet those conditions and, by then, Belinda Balluku will have been forgotten that she exists, or the EU will accept us as we are, even with these immunity issues.

I recall that the Czech Prime Minister is under indictment for fraud with EU funds, and no EU ambassador does anything wrong or wrong when the Czech Parliament did not lift his immunity.
