The vote of immigrants, the draft decision of the CEC is revealed: Online registration starts 120 days before the elections

The draft decision regarding the vote of immigrants is clarified.

"Every Albanian citizen with the right to vote who is abroad on the date of the elections and who wants to exercise the right to vote for the elections to the Assembly from where he is, must be registered in the list of voters abroad, in accordance with the rules in this decision", says the draft decision.
