In the Civil Court of Tirana, the session for the registration of the statutory changes of the National Assembly of September 2 of Lulzim Basha has been postponed again.

The representative of Basha, Indrit Sefa, requested that the documentation for the online meeting of the National Council be made available to him by Gazment Bardhi, but this request was rejected with the argument that it is not the process in question to bring these documents.

According to the court's assessment, there is sufficient documentation in the file and with this reasoning Basha's side was overturned. Based on this, Sefa said that they will seek the exclusion of judge Niko Rrapi from the judicial process.

For the media, Sefa said that the judge has taken sides and that the DP wants to examine the documents that prove the holding of the online meeting of the Council, which he called simply an imagination of Bardhi.

" We requested documentation regarding the development of the imaginary and online National Council. We want the presented and presumed documentation that exists, we want the parties that are in the process to prove that this imaginary National Council has been developed or not.

The court decided not to ask for this documentation, we asked for the dismissal of the judge of the case for bias.

We will also submit the request for exemption and we will see in the following days which court we will turn to. It is absurd to come to a judicial process and not present the documentation.

We want to appreciate it. We have doubts that that meeting was never conducted and the people who received attributes that do not belong to them signed in relation to these documents" , said Sefa.
