Shortly after making the decision to expel every observer present at CEAZ no. 30 in Yrshek, influenced by the violent incident that occurred there, the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, urgently appeared at this center.
Celibashi is seen entering the CEAZ in the presence of the Democratic candidate for MP, Klevis Balliu, and another person.
Meanwhile, in his order, Celibashi requested the revocation of the accreditation of every observer from the CEAZ in the Kashari area.
The decision came after an observer, suspected of being for SP candidate Ornaldo Rakipi, assaulted the head of the CEAZ, Remzi Mehmeti. Police then escorted the 26-year-old man who hit Mehmeti.
According to the police, representatives of different political entities clashed among themselves and one person was arrested for the conflict.
