The publication in the media of a photo showing the former Minister of the Environment Lefter Koka in the premises of "prison 313" in the capital has clashed with the institutions in the Tirana court. The capital's prosecutor's office has identified the person who took the photo and charged him with abuse of office and violation of privacy.

ABC writes that it was the postman of the prosecution institution who took the photo of former minister Koka while he was standing in the ventilation premises.

His action was caught by prison security cameras. Even the employee of the prosecutor's office has admitted that he took a photo of the former minister, but denied having distributed it to the media. According to the prosecution, this citizen violated the security of the prison, as well as damaged the image of the former minister.

But the Court of Tirana came to the conclusion that the postman of the prosecution did not commit this criminal offense, since according to him he is not an employee of the prisons and had no duty to protect his privacy. Regarding the accusation of violation of Koka's privacy, the black platoons argued that this is not a criminal case, and for this reason, Koka should go to the civil court if there are claims.
