Former MP Monika Kryemadhi says that SPAK blackmailed witnesses in the trial against her and Ilir Meta.

Invited to the show 'Çim Peka Live', Kryemadhi revealed that one of the witnesses, whose house in the former Bllok was bought, was intimidated by SPAK prosecutors.

Another case that Kryemadhi mentioned is that of the person who sold her mother's apartment, who had just arrived from Canada and was held for hours at SPAK, where he was intimidated and held overnight at the police station to be later called back to the prosecutor's office.

"We have a problem in the Meta file and in my file. There are witnesses who have been blackmailed. The person was intimidated, he was told that he had received cash from Fatime Kryemadhi. Then he was arrested for 3 months without any reason, to put pressure on him. Even the other person who sold my mother's apartment. As soon as he got off the plane, he came from Canada, he was held at SPAK, he was held for hours and intimidated.

"They kept them all night at the police station, then they sent them to the prosecutor's office. Then they told them to go away and relax, that we will call you back. Because the very methodology that SPAK used in this case was not to uncover the truth, but to take even a deposition with a clause or a sentence, which is relevant," said Kryemadhi.

She stated that the trial against Ilir Meta and herself will be open to the public.

Kryemadhi also emphasized that there were falsifications of statements by prosecutors and the prosecution, according to her, lied to the courts.

Kryemadhi also mentioned the testimony of Kastriot Ismail, who, according to her, claimed that her wife's testimony was not true and that it came from an emotional moment.
