DP MP Ervin Salianji asks Enkelejd Alibeaj to hand over the seal of the Democratic Party to Sali Berisha.

Salianji stated on Syri TV that Alibeaj's grouping failed to find 61 candidates for the local elections. Also, he asked Alibeaj to hand over the money allocated by the state budget for the campaign of the Democratic Party, which should be distributed to the candidates of the primaries.

"If there was a position or a discussion, either in the battle that they have announced against Berisha, or the destruction of Rama's regime, how can this be done when you cannot find 61 candidates. Undoubtedly, not only must the stamp be deposited with the one who has the majority, Berisha, but of all the elements that make it possible to still have a stamp on the grouping, or around the stamp, is the money that comes from the budget, it is about 2 million euros. That money should be distributed to the candidates who come from the primaries and who, due to the non-candidacy of this group, belong to them, either the money or the media time. A political party that does not have 61 candidates, that has no identity, that does not know what it is fighting for, has no sense of what to fight for. To do what the voter defined as the majority, let them recognize it", said Salianji. 

This grouping, said Salianji, will be responsible for the result of the opposition on May 14. 

"It is not possible that any mind that is sick and does not go in and say we have harmed you, go out and ask for an account that did not have a result... this is sure to exist. People have understood the game, the purpose, they have understood what this battle is about and in these conditions there is nothing to say. The sole responsibility for any result that may not be pleasant in certain areas will fall on this group which no longer has a compass and does not know what it is working for", he added .
