The Electoral College dismissed the lawsuit of the Democratic Party of Enkelejd Alibeaj, who requested the de-registration from the local elections of "14 May", the coalition "Bashke Fitomje" with the claim that the name, logo and symbols of the DP were used.
With the decision given by the Electoral College, the Meta-Berisha coalition will continue the race for the local elections on May 14, where the parties PDK and PBDNJ are part of the coalition.
