Sali Berisha commented on the loss in Kamez by 10,000 votes and the losses in Elbasan and Vorë in a few sentences, while denouncing Salvador Kacaj's threat in Lezhë.

Berisha spoke of unimaginable acts of terror and massive vote buying, thus explaining the losses in these three municipalities.

"The electoral campaign has been characterized by acts of violence and terror by representatives of officials and deputies of the coalition "We win together" of the Democratic Party. As you have ascertained, we have followed a line by recording every act of terror, every act of massive vote buying in unimaginable proportions, up to offers to break the euro, but these are certainly documented and we have regularly informed international observers and the CEC". said Berisha.
