The Judicial Electoral College rejects the Democratic Party's appeal for electoral invalidity in the Tirana District.
The arguments presented by the DP's legal representative, Franci Nuri, did not convince the judiciary to declare the elections in the largest district in the country invalid, paving the way for the final certification of the results for this electoral zone.
According to the result, Tirana's 37 mandates were divided: 19 for the SP, 13 for the DP, 2 for the Opportunity, 1 for the PSD, 1 for the Joint Movement and 1 for the Albania Becomes Initiative coalition.
