Prime Minister Edi Rama describes the cooperation with the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, as excellent.

In an interview for the show "Wake Up" on Top Channel, Rama said that Veliaj never lacks ideas and proposals, while many of the projects he does together.

" Lali Eri was born with a shirt because first, it is fundamental for a mayor and a municipality to have an open door and the mood of the central government to sit down, discuss projects and receive support. In this aspect, support and understanding has never been lacking.

Secondly, I am the prime minister, I have also been the mayor, and I have the experience of the mayor in my blood. Having this experience in my blood, having Tirana in my blood, of course I not only support Lali Eri, but also encourage him a lot, so we are also in complete symbiosis, which gives us the opportunity to do things.

The things we do, we do together. He certainly has the duty to think 24 hours a day about Tirana, to be proactive in his approach, to come up with proposals, which he does not lack, to be honest, and it is certainly a very successful cooperation", Rama emphasized .
