Municipalities have the opportunity to become. You can do it yourself by joining together with each other and with the local government. It is up to the municipality to come to you.

This is not about giving to commercial banks to get loans, this is about putting into operation the instruments that we have created and now we need to build the right projects and partnerships and disburse them so that there is more money in your hands to invest more. The demand for quality and safety is accompanied by strict control instruments that will also take you out of the market.
