Prime Minister Edi Rama has published a photo with the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani and the head of European diplomacy, Joseph Borrell at the EU headquarters in New York.
Through a post on "Facebook", Prime Minister Rama says that the meeting with Vjosa came before the working lunch of the head of European diplomacy, Joseph Borrell, with the leaders of the Western Balkans.
