Prime Minister Edi Rama has expressed his concern about the state of the infrastructure of justice institutions in the country, emphasizing that the self-governance of the judicial system, although necessary and supported by justice reform, has failed to produce the necessary transformation of the infrastructure.

In his podcast "Flasim", Rama added that the transformation of justice buildings is impossible without credible projects, while announcing that the government has decided to take over this process itself.

" I have noticed with regret that the self-government of justice, thanks to the independence that was given to that system with the justice reform, has among its weaknesses the great weakness in infrastructure administration in infrastructure design and infrastructure transformation. The transformation of infrastructure, of buildings without reliable projects is impossible. Finally, we have decided to take on this mission ourselves. In Albania 2030, we must have a transformed infrastructure of justice buildings, because we cannot continue with the ugliness and spaces and environments of courts and prosecutors that are far from being dignified, we cannot continue with the narrowness that then turns into performance that leaves much to be desired, " said Rama.
