From Vienna, Austria, Prime Minister Edi Rama has invited investors to buy property in Albania as prices will continue to increase even more.

At the "Albania, New Horizons" conference held in Vienna, Edi Rama was asked by an investor about the assistance the government should provide to influence the extension of the tourist season, beyond 180 days.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the season has already been extended, however, he added that extending it almost throughout the year remains a challenge.

On the other hand, Edi Rama invited them to invest and buy land and apartments in Albania, as prices will increase even more, even doubling after membership in the European Union.

"In fact, the season is already getting longer. This year it has been very clear that the numbers have already increased, of course in relative terms compared to last year, but I would say that the question you asked or the challenge is real. We need to do more in this direction. Investors themselves can do more in this area. You can help us to help the government structures themselves and

local ones, even retired people, to come and spend more time in Albania. I think this will happen. Also because the property sector in Albania is really moving forward and there is room to buy properties at an affordable price.

What I would say to everyone who has a lot of money, spend it buying properties, apartments in Albania, it will be a very good investment in Albania. Because prices will increase even more even when we become an EU member state. Prices increase almost twice. Buy an apartment in Tirana, wait a few years, and sell it for double the price. Come to Albania and buy properties", declared Prime Minister Edi Rama.
