Following the resignation of two PSD MPs in the Shkodra region, Tom Doshi and Sabina Jorgo, resignations have also begun on this party's list since taking office.

So far, 4 candidates have not been accepted, two from the closed list and two from the open list.

Migena Kallacej, Osman Teta, Bledar Mezini and Suada Kopshti have renounced their right to hold the mandate.

Teta was the third-ranked candidate on the closed list.

Currently, the mandate belongs to Besnik Brahimi and Gledis Çeliku.
