Prime Minister  Edi Rama  has also ironically described Flamur Noka as a swamp owl .

In a short video posted on Facebook, where only an owl appears, Noka's voice is heard in the background as he says that after May 12, Albania will be a state.

"The wind of statehood will come to Albania on May 12th and beyond, the wind of democracy will come to this country and the family economy of every Albanian will flourish," Noka is heard saying in the video.

Alongside the video, Prime Minister Rama has only posted a few icons of frogs and an owl.
