Prime Minister Edi Rama made a call to the democrats of Tropoja for the local elections on May 14.
While evaluating the work done by the mayor Rexh Byberi, Rama said that the democrats have no reason to vote for Ilir Meta and ironized Sali Berisha, whose name is not on the ballot.
Among other things, Rama underlined that Tropoja will move forward with projects and work only with the Socialist Party and should not turn back.
" If they want Tropoja, even these roads that exist, to start and eat the dogs and go back, go back to where they were, but it's not Edi Rama's fault, nor the Socialist Party, it's their guts blind and its own head, which does not know why the clock is stuck in the past. I understand that too, we don't have it from our village, we don't have our mother, we don't have our voice, but like gold, what do these people in Tropoja have, because I don't know? That they will be taken there in the morning, they will go to vote and to the ballot paper, there is no smoke. It goes around Albania, give me your vote, people go to vote, it's not on the ballot.
How is it done? Have you ever seen in the history of elections in the world, that people go out on the streets and say they want the vote, when you go to vote you don't have the ballot paper? This is how this work ended. The democrats of Tropoja will be taken, they will take their way to the ballot box, together we win, Like gold. Is there greater degeneration? There is greater shame, for those who tell themselves I am a democrat, I am right-wing, I don't want to see the others in the eye. Is there any greater shame?” , he emphasized.
