And while the Democratic Party is demanding the overthrow of the Rama government in order to create a technical government that will hold early elections, Prof. Pëllumb Pilinçi, who has created the "Technical Government of Albania with Natural Borders", has shown himself to be the fastest.

The so-called "Technical Government of Albania with Natural Borders" has sent an official letter to Prime Minister Edi Rama, asking him to vacate the Prime Minister's Office premises within 7 days.

In the document, with dramatic tones and strong elements of political science fiction, it is claimed that the government's mandate has ended on August 11, 2025 and that Prof. Pëllumb Gani Pilinçi has taken over the leadership of the country. Among the demands are the handover of keys, seals, personnel registers and even the erasure of "scratches on the walls."

The climax of the letter comes with a warning of a "military operation similar to that of Venezuela," which according to the authors could be carried out in cooperation with the US State Department, if Rama does not voluntarily leave the building.
