The first part of the Congress was dedicated to good governance, ministers of the "Rama 3" cabinet presented the achievements so far.

The Minister of Infrastructure Belinda Balluku, the Minister of Culture and Economy, Blendi Gonxhaj, the Minister of Tourism Mirela Kumbaro and the Minister of Agriculture, Anila Denaj, spoke.

The ministers presented the achievements for which the SP is seeking a fourth mandate to reach the Albania 2030 project, champion of the Balkans.  

" We have a lot to be proud of and a lot to work on. We need the fourth mandate to continue and make the vision of tourism Albania 2030, champion of the Balkans a reality ," said Minister Kumbaro .

" We still have many strong challenges to win, starting with the increase in pensions that is more meaningful than the small increase of these years. We are working so that on the road to Albania 2030 there are no pensions below 150 euros. The new pension reform co take place next year and the fruits will be seen in the next 2-3 years. The practice of sending pensions at home will end. We are giving life to the professional education project , "said Gonxhe. 

" We aim for 1000 agrotourisms in 2030, of a fantastic quality, internationally recognized and the employment of young people to be a fact, " said the Minister of Agriculture,  Anila Denaj .
