One of the arrested was wanted by the Kruja police for another criminal offense.
Those arrested are accused of 4 criminal offences: Opposing a public order police officer, beatings due to duty, disrupting public peace as well as violating the rules on explosive, incendiary and radioactive substances. The second protest, followed by the one on February 11, was accompanied by tensions.
