A few hours after the General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, announced the meeting of the National Council to prevent the holding of the presidential elections on July 29, the leadership of the DP has made a decision to take the party's seal from him.

With the proposal of 1/5 of the members, the presidency has decided to charge the secretary for Legal and Electoral Affairs, Indrit Sefa, with the production and administration of the party's seal.

This step of Basha's supporters in the presidency of the Democratic Party comes after a group of deputies asked Gazment Bardhi to stop the presidential elections on July 29 because, according to them, the division of the party is at risk.
