The chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, has finished the meeting with the head of Reestablishment, Sali Berisha.

Meta said that it was a fruitful meeting and added that the path of protests is necessary.

The road of protests is a necessary road where the whole society will express its sensitivity for this situation of state capture and corruption. Our decision is an escalation of the fight against corruption. Unceasing continuation of our commitment to denounce the affair of the burners and bring the main responsible of this affair to justice.'- said Meta.

When asked about the election process for Party leader in the DP, Meta ignored it saying that he had a meeting with the leader of the DP (Sali Berisha), hinting that he is not interested.

"It was a very fruitful meeting with the leader of the DP and I wish and believe that all the opposition democrats are where they should be in the front line of the confrontation with this regime," said Meta.
