For the victory in the partial elections on March 6, the Socialist Party needed only 1/5 of the money that the opposition parties spent. In the balance sheets submitted to the Central Election Commission, it appears that for the victory in Durrës, Lushnjë, Rrogozhinë, Vorë and Dibër, the Socialist Party spent 5.58 million lek on the campaign.
Meanwhile, for the opposition, the financial balance for the March 6 campaign weighs heavily. The Democratic Party, which could not win any municipality and only came second in Rrogozhin, it turns out that for March 6, it spent 13.48 million ALL.
The record amount of expenditures for the March 6 campaign is held by the Socialist Movement for Integration together with the "House of Freedom" coalition with 13.77 million ALL.
The method of spending the money spent in the submitted LSI report differs from SP and DP. Since the candidates supported by Sali Berisha were competing with the "House of Freedom" logo, the majority of the expenses were covered by the candidates themselves. According to the balance submitted to the CEC, 9.52 million ALL were spent by the candidates, while only 4.15 million ALL were expenses that were covered by the funds of the Socialist Movement for Integration party.
In the reports submitted to the Central Election Commission, the parties and candidates have spent the money on banners, rallies, electoral offices and social networks.
