During the speech at the civic rally, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha called on Edi Rama to resign as soon as it is not too late.

According to Berisha, without technical government there is no rotation of power in Albania.

Part of Barry's words:

Today, The City has the highest salaries and pensions in the country.

So in January, your money, your taxes, were not used, not invested for any of your services. No school, no school, no job, no work.

This is when you don't have a government, or when you have a government that steals even while sleeping.

From morning to evening they spread fraud from the most perdescent, shameful, hide crimes.

Today, Albania is the most insecure country in Europe and the world. What do the towns get? The scams of The Face and Edi Rame that nothing is happening.

So my friends, today more than ever, you are invited to rise up in battle without return, with civil disobedience for the technical government.

Without a government, there is no free election.

Without a technical government, there is no rotation of power in Albania.

Without a technical government, every day, every week, every month, Albania remains a punished country, a country that is abandoned by Albanians.

So I invite Albanians, I invite every Albanian to be inspired by you, to follow your example, to continue our struggle, to sow hope and confidence in all four sides of the country.

Nothing separates us from our victory.

Nothing separates us from the realization of our goals.

And once again, the most grateful.

And again, Mr. Rami, he's not too late.

Leave, the force in the world cannot deter Albanians without restoring free vote, without saving Albania from the narchosity, the claws of these thieves that Albania or Europe has never had in history.
