The head of the democratic parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, declared yesterday evening that next Thursday he will publish the file on how the TIMS system was interfered with, to favor Olsi Rama, the prime minister's brother.
He was invited to the show 'Opinion' where he claimed that Olsi Rama should be in prison for the cocaine file of 'Xibraka'.
Bardhi that one of the demands of the opposition for investigative commissions is precisely about the interventions and data collection in the TIMS system.
He emphasized that he will make public the documents on how the TIMS system was interfered with, to favor Olsi Rama, next Thursday in the same show.
" The first request for an investigative commission concerns a scandal of illegal intervention in the TIMS system. The information on which the request is based is based on an official document which is the AMP report. So, it is not a rumor, but an illegal intervention in TIMS and we want to verify who is responsible for the illegal intervention and to what extent the TIMS system has been interfered in order to propose legal measures in the future, such an intervention on the data of citizens crossing the border, take legal measures.
I also tell them the reason why each of them is blocked. Do you know why this is blocked? Because if the data of the TIMS system would not have been illegally intervened to hide, there is a case pending in SPAK, where the brother of the Albanian Prime Minister, Olsi Rama, due to the coincidence of the TIMS data will have to to be in prison for the "Xibraka" file. Edi Rama's only problem in this case is that the data will be made public. Definitely, I will definitely make them public, that has helped cross the line…invite me next Thursday and I will come and make them public. Next Thursday I will come and I will publish in "Opinion" the complete file on how Olsi Rama was considered an unidentified person by the prosecution and that will be verified at another stage and at the moment when the prosecutors asked to intervene in the TIMS system to get the data that were looking for or verifying Olsi Rama's involvement in the cocaine laboratory in Xibraka, the data in the TIMS system was stolen and tampered with. "- said Bardhi.
