"We won't be able to leave without seeing Berisha in prison" -

The chairman of the Socialist Party parliamentary group has completed his testimony at the Criminal Court of Kosovo, which lasted over three and a half hours.

He responded to the interest of journalists, outside the premises of the GJKKO.

"The reports I have made are my individual responsibility. I also told the judge. The gentleman said, 'you declared in the Assembly that we will not leave the earth without seeing Berisha in prison.'

This is about the event of January 21. We never influence the activities of the Special Prosecution Office.

"The case was registered in the fall of 2024, a year and a half has passed. Enough time has passed," Balla told the media.

Asked whether Prime Minister Edi Rama will appear as a witness at the trial in the "Partizani" file, Balla said that "responsibility is individual."
