Prime Minister Albin Kurti has spoken about the relationship he has with his counterpart Edi Rama. The head of the government of Kosovo said that he has good relations with Rama even though they share different views regarding the Open Balkans.

"Can't we stand each other? It's your impression. That doesn't mean we agree on everything. I believe that the difference which is known is the relations with the Western Balkans. I believe that the European and democratic Balkans are open enough, while the Open Balkans are not democratic and European enough," Kurti said on the "Opinion" show.

He also spoke about the Franco-German plan that he accepts in principle, but there are still points that need to be negotiated with Serbia. The Prime Minister of Kosovo emphasizes that this agreement affects the normalization of relations with Serbia, but this does not mean mutual recognition.

"We accept it in principle, we must negotiate. It is not intended as a proposal as a final agreement. But it is a normalization, but that foresees de-facto recognition, we have it there. No doubt it is an acquaintance. It's not final, it's a basic agreement with a binding agreement ," Kurti said.
