Today is Valentine's Day, where couples express their love to each other with words, gifts or even gestures.

There are also those who make their romantic dedications public on social networks, where the couple with the most years in power in Albanian politics has done the same. It is about the former president Ilir Metaj and his wife MP Monika Kryemadhi.

Ilir Meta has published on social networks a photo where they are seen hugging his wife and next to it he writes: "Happy Valentine's Day from us! Love always in your hearts! Monika Kryemadhi" accompanying it with a heart emoji.

What is noticeable is that Meta published an old photo and not a current photo after Kryemadhi's plastic surgery interventions and did not even apply Instagram filters.
