Amidst the sound of whistles, some amendments to normative acts and economic agreements were voted on quickly in the Assembly hall today.

Although there were no flare-ups, heaps of chairs and verbal clashes, this time the opposition MPs stood in front of the podium with banners in their hands.

Without discussion between the parties, the majority voted sub by sub 10 draft laws and 3 normative acts provided for in the agenda. The ratification of the financing agreement with France, the normative act for additions and amendments to the 2023 budget, the normative act for additions and amendments to the income tax and the review of the normative act for emergency measures for the treatment of polluted water were some of the draft laws that received the votes in favor of the majority. The appointment of Plarent Ndreca was also voted.

Prime Minister Edi Rama was also present at this plenary session, who did not say a word except for holding up the green card with a smile.
