The Prime Minister of Italy, Goirgia Meloni, is expected to arrive in our country today, after leaving by ferry with her family to spend a few days holiday in Vlora.
Italian media reported that Meloni interrupted her holiday in Pulia, near Ceglie Messapica, to respond to the invitation of her Albanian counterpart, Edi Rama.
She has set off on a ferry from Brindisi with her husband Andrea Giambruno, daughter Ginevra and possibly also her sister Arianna and her ministerial husband, Francesco Lollobrigida.
Melon's visit is private, and she will stay two or three days at the Government Villa in Raqqa.
The invitation of The Albanian Prime Minister to Melon comes at a time when the Albanian prime minister became the head of the media in Italy after distributing a "meme" photograph showing how hundreds of thousands of Italians have chosen our country to spend the holidays this summer.
According to statistics, the number of Italians who have visited our country this year will exceed 500,000.
