Salianji in court

The Deputy of the Democratic Party, Ervin Salianji, has reacted from Fier prison through a post on social networks, where he states that his sentence is a medal in his political career.

Salianji writes that there is no dictatorship that cannot be defeated.

"There is no dictatorship that cannot be defeated. This is just a medal in my political career", wrote Salianji.

Salianji surrendered himself this Friday afternoon near the premises of the Tirana Police Directorate, from where he declared that his sacrifice will not go to waste and that he will fight for the truth from prison.

"It's a battle that never ends. Sacrifice without question that does not go to waste. In the face of the regime, everyone takes their own costs. I know that many of my friends have suffered from the government's repression", said the MP before the police.

Then, the police transferred him to Fier prison.
