Former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has attacked the political leader of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha. He has brought to attention the affairs for which Lulzim Basha has been accused, from the much-discussed Durrës-Kukës road, to justice issues shrouded in procedural secrecy. 

Manjani highlights the contradictions hidden behind the smiles and "Western" statements of a figure who, according to him, has betrayed every principle and collaborator for personal interests.

He considers Basha a single-celled mollusk and the biggest fraud in the history of Albanian politics.

Since it emerged before our eyes from the jokes he made last night on Erla Mehilli's Now show, Lul Basha brings to my attention these standards of doing politics:

1. How to award a public work of 1.5 billion euros without a tender, without a project and without an approved budget. This is what Luli did with the Durrës-Kukës road, the most expensive of all public works to date. I recall here that all the tenders rumored to be corrupt by Edi Rama, if you add them together, have not yet reached the value awarded by Luli without a tender.

2. How to close a major corruption case with a medical report and notification procedures. Now, as SPAK does, the latter does not initiate a property investigation based on cases closed for procedure.

3. How to bite the hand that feeds you (politically, that is) just for an American visa. This is what this single-celled mollusk did to Sali Berisha.

4. How to get words and lies out of your mouth. It is the biggest lie in the political space.
These qualities are brought to my attention by the man who punished the party that could have brought him to power, introduced all his close associates to them and is now running for a deputy seat in his subordinate's party. When he had the latter in his hands, he did not run again in the 2021 elections.
