Manja: We have a legal right to demand the performance of justice institutions
Edi Rama and Ulsi Manja at the press conference

Justice Minister Ulsi Manja said the Socialist Party has never commented on court rulings even when they have been controversial.

But said Manja, to demand the performance of justice institutions, this is a right given to them by law.

' We have not interfered in the old justice or in this today, that we are the sponsors for an independent justice to serve the citizens. Whoever points his finger in our direction must point it at himself.

The independence of the judiciary is guaranteed by the judiciary itself.

The SP, the Prime Minister, or any representative of even when these decisions have been controversial has never discussed court decisions.

Court decisions have the right to be commented on by academics, not us as a political force.

But to demand the performance of justice institutions, we are in our legal terms. At this point, the Prime Minister, but also I as Minister of Justice, are exercising the task given to us by law and is related to justice policies, which are the responsibility of this majority. '- said Manja.
