Xhaçka's mandate, Bardhi: The majority cannot ignore the
Gazment Bardhi

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, believes that the majority will vote on the request for the removal of the mandate of deputy Olta Xhaçka, since according to him it is about the implementation of the decision of the Constitutional Court.

At the end of the meeting of the Council of Mandates, which led to a vote in the Assembly on the request for the removal of Xhaçka's mandate, Bardhi said that not voting would be the "biggest coup in 32 years" against the Constitutional Court.

He said that Prime Minister Edi Rama "is afraid" after giving Xhaçka's husband 11,000 square meters of land on the coast, which resulted in forged documents.

Part of Bardhi's statement:

I don't even want to mention that there is a majority that ignores the decision of the Constitutional Court. It would be the biggest coup in 32 years. We have a standard established in 2016, it is a constitutional norm, there can be no question about the implementation of this decision.

Edi Rama cannot protect Olta Xhaçka either from the Constitutional Court or from SPAK. I know where he is in trouble, he is in trouble because he gave a minister of his and her husband 11,000 square meters of fake land. There is fear that Olta Xhaçka will drag Edi Rama to prison.

To be afraid, to implement the Constitution, to implement the decisions of the Constitutional Court.
