Strong tensions have been registered in the Albanian Parliament, where the opposition has decided to block this session. 

DP MPs have taken the ministerial seats, at a time when Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi is continuing with the agenda.

He called Endrit Shabani to take his oath.

Despite the opposition's cries of " Shame, shame, get out," Shabani was sworn in as the People's Advocate with the "blessing " and applause of the socialists.
