Prime Minister Edi Rama, Kosovo's Albin Kurti and Montenegro politician Dritan Abazovic are in Bled, Slovenia, where they will participate in the 2023 Strategic Forum.

Kurti is seen looking at Rama, but he is under the company of Abazovic.

As the media reports in Kosovo, they have not spoken to each other, even though they are sitting next to each other.

The schism between Kurti and Rami deepened when Albania's prime minister decided not to support Kurti in the battle with Serb extremist groups that caused unrest in northern Kosovo.

This led to the cancellation of the meeting of the two governments. Kurti would then go to Athens, despite the Greek prime minister not having invited Edi Rama to dinner with western Balkan leaders.
