Maritime border with Greece, Meta: Rama taken hostage! The affair will take him
Meta: I have evidence that Rama has harmed Albania

The chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, appeared at the press conference to denounce a mafia group, according to him, that is setting the price of oil in the country. Meanwhile, he also spoke about two opposite positions of Edi Rama in regional politics.

The first was related to the issue of the sea with Greece. Here he accused that Rama with his attitudes is harming national interests.

"We don't have the problem with Greece, but we do with Edi Rama, and accountability is inevitable here. This affair will take Edi Rama to the bottom of the sea, without any discussion. I sent a letter to the Assembly and I took it to 140 deputies of Albania. Also part of documenting serious concerns about this issue, which comes as a result of all Rama's games, irresponsible, adventurous and taken hostage. Extremely harmful to our national interests", said Meta.

The former President says that he has well-documented all the activities harmful to the national interests of Edi Rama, but that he could not talk about all of them in public.

"The very harmful activity of this individual is well documented, but I don't want to talk about it all in public," he said.

The second issue where Meta stopped is the Open Balkans. He says that he was reserved in the Presidency, but opposes the initiative.

"Rama, the benefit of Vucic in the Open Balkans. I had a restrained attitude, but you know what is the attitude of the President of Montenegro, who is one of the most responsible and experienced politicians in this region. Even the President of North Macedonia has expressed his reservations about this initiative that undermines the European perspective of the region and the integration process," said Meta.
