Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe has announced through a video message posted on Instagram that he has been threatened asking him to give up the protection of the land of the Seman River near the village of Imshte.

Braçe says that yesterday he received a threat on his personal phone from a person who introduces himself as Mr. Çekrezi.

I received a threat yesterday from a certain Mr. Çekrezi - this is how he introduces himself; it is from these young blacks spread in this country, full of arrogance and rage. Today, a day later, the police in Lushnja called four residents of the village of Imshte - the youngest is 65 years old, the oldest is 82 years old; for the same thing-content, as the threat to me. What Mr. Çekrezi wanted from me; abandoning the protection of the land of the Seman River near the village of Imshte; to give up protecting the interests of the residents of this village; this - according to him I should do it publicly!

So, he asked me not to be who I am and not to do the work I have; that is, not to protect the public interest and not to fulfill my obligations to the people who voted for me and gave me this job! Now listen a little; the first, I am not afraid of anyone, even confrontation is my way of life;

the second, for any private reason - including your commercial interests, I would not betray the people, the public interest and the oath taken in the Assembly! In rivers protected by embankments... the area, distance and width of the bank, is the space between the embankments and the waterline; the area, distance and width of the coast is inalienable and inalienable property of the state, it is administered by state structures.

All the land that you claim to own is in this space, which by law is the property of the state! Did you understand? Now get off my phone! In the meantime: I am calling on every state structure not to interfere with the state's interest and property in the land of the Seman River and any other river; the answer will be heavy!
